Job summary

Intel seeks an Accounting Manager to lead a global team across the United States, Costa Rica, Malaysia, and Vietnam. The role drives management reporting, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, and coordinates with Close, Consolidations, and External Reporting for SEC disclosures.

Key focus areas include automation, process improvement, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across a complex global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• 8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience or 7+ years with a Master’s degree.
• CPA certification and public accounting experience.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing global teams.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting processes (Forms 10-Q/10-K).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team responsible for management reporting, balance sheet analysis, cash flow reporting, and related financial analysis.
• Lead quarterly management reporting processes, including executive reporting packages and variance explanations.
• Oversee consolidated cash flow statement preparation and analysis.
• Partner with Close and Consolidations to align reporting with consolidated results.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve reporting issues during monthly/quarterly closes.
• Support Forms 10-Q and 10-K filings with external reporting.
• Collaborate across planning, revenue, treasury, tax, IR, and CFO office to support leadership reviews.
• Translate financial results into clear, decision-useful insights for senior leadership.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.
