Job summary

IP&E Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the development, evaluation, and documentation of financial processes, controls, and policies across the organization. You will supervise month-end close, prepare management reports, and drive the annual budget with department heads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or PM required.
• 5+ years in financial planning with demonstrated mastery of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Know and uphold the established company’s mission, policies, objectives and safety programs.
• Establish processes for regular control risk assessments and document financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments for process improvements and ensure implementation.
• Prepare the company’s annual budget, forecasts and plans; review financial analytics at month-end.
• Provide and discuss financial reports with department managers and Management Committee to aid budgeting and decisions.
• Monitor monthly performance vs. budget per department; prepare analytics and ensure spending aligns with budget.
• Provide month-end expense analyses and ensure proper booking of expenses before closing.
• Ensure timely month-end reports and consolidate data for management reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses; participate in month-end close and reviews.
• Cross-train staff to cover responsibilities and support succession planning.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
