Job summary

IP&E Holdings, LLC seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the team responsible for developing, evaluating, and documenting financial processes, policies and procedures to ensure strong controls across the company.

The role includes supervising month-end closes, preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts, and coordinating with department heads and holding-level finance to align planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, General Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning with mastery of accounting principles.
• Audit experience preferred or at least five years in Financial Accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the established mission, policies and procedures, objectives, QA and safety standards.
• Establish processes for regular control risk assessments and document policies.
• Coordinate with departments for process changes and ensure proper implementation.
• Prepare the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and strategic plans; review analytics.
• Provide and discuss financial reports to management to aid planning and decisions.
• Monitor monthly performance against budget; discuss variances with department heads.
• Ensure month-end reports are consolidated and ready for management reporting.
• Assist in month-end close; participate in management financial reviews.
