Job summary

IGT is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the North American Gaming Sales team, handling opportunity management, quoting, order processing, and invoicing. You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional groups to keep deals accurate, compliant, and flowing smoothly from quote to cash.

The role emphasizes pipeline accuracy, contract review, and process improvements across Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support or sales operations; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Account Executives and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities and pipeline records with accurate data.
• Prepare and validate quotes and pricing worksheets using CPQ or similar tools.
• Review contracts and order documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate quote-to-order-to-invoice process across multiple teams to ensure timely execution.
• Identify discrepancies between Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP data and support resolutions.
