Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA designation preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience leading accounting or finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience managing complex accounting operations.
• Proven success implementing financial controls, business processes, and operational improvements.
• Experience coordinating audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting and administrative team, fostering accountability and accuracy.
• Oversee month-end close, financial statement prep, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage financial reporting and provide analysis to support business decisions.
• Oversee treasury activities, banking relationships, and cash management.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax filings.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support growth.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership with strategic financial guidance.
