Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, 5+ years in a controller or similar role.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Background in service-based, construction, or manufacturing industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the finance team including AR/AP staff.
• Oversee monthly financial close and statement preparation.
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions.
