With 5-7+ years in accounting leadership and a degree or certification, you will manage AR/AP, payroll, and financial reporting while maintaining compliance and strong internal

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in accounting leadership roles.
• Accounting degree or professional certification.
• Experience with full-charge accrual bookkeeping and coordinating financial close.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process payroll in coordination with HR and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Serve as a liaison to department leaders, delivering high-quality financial leadership.
• Maintain and update QuickBooks Desktop for accurate records.
• Monitor cash flow and oversee budgets, banking relationships and financial reporting.
• Ensure tax filings and regulatory compliance; oversee bank reconciliations and financial statements.
