Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years progressive accounting experience.
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement prep experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Experience with budgeting, internal controls, and financial analysis.
Ability to communicate findings to leadership clearly.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements and budget-to-actual reports.
Manage QuickBooks Online Advanced and other accounting systems.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for leadership.
