Jobot seeks an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function for a growing healthcare organization in Orlando. Own the full close, audit management, and financial reporting while directing a sizable accounting team in a hybrid work environment.

CPA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with close and audit ownership, healthcare and revenue recognition. Lead, mentor and partner with senior leadership while ensuring strong internal controls and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with close and audit ownership.
• Healthcare industry experience and exposure to revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close processes and consolidated financial statements.
• Manage the annual financial audit and implement improvements to procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: GL, treasury, accounts payable, procurement, payroll.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle Management on revenue recognition and bad debt reporting in healthcare.
