Job summary

Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians in Columbus, OH is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead financial operations in a growing private practice. You will oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash management, and revenue cycle performance, partnering with physicians and executives to drive profitability and compliant financial processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of healthcare accounting experience, GAAP expertise, and a track record building efficient financial workflows using practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
