Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial and analytical support to senior management and logistics leadership. The role involves close collaboration with DOO, DOS, and DOR to drive cost and productivity improvements.

The position also encompasses forecasting, budgeting, branch performance analysis, and training staff on financial processes, while ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and corporate alignment. The role reports to Finance leadership at Ryder.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2–4 years experience in corporate Finance within a Fortune 500 firm or consulting firm.
• Post MBA 5+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computers (intermediate).

Aufgaben

• Month-End Closing including journal entries and variance explanations.
• Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities with Operations leadership.
• Forecasting, planning, and branch performance analysis (FP&A).
• Provide financial training to Business Unit staff on policies and tools.
• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and branch audits.
• Liaise with Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting.
