Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial and analytical support to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers.

The role includes month-end closing, variance analysis, and collaboration across operations to improve cost productivity. The candidate will perform forecasting, budgeting, and branch performance analysis, while training business-unit staff and ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ to 4+ years in corporate finance within a Fortune 500 company or consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Closing including journal entries and variances analysis.
• Collaborate with DOO/DOS/DOR to identify cost/productivity opportunities.
• Financial planning and analysis: forecasting, budgeting, branch performance.
