Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Management, Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical & problem-solving capabilities to synthesize data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and develop periodic forecasts.
• Review actual results vs. budget/forecast and identify variances.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning, investments and scenarios.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins and cash flow variances and communicate drivers.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor spending and improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, planning processes and systems.
