Responsibilities include building financial models, presenting to senior leadership, and partnering with department heads to improve forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and develop periodic forecasts.
• Review actual results versus budget and forecast to identify trends and variances.
• Create financial reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenarios.
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Investigate variances in revenue, expenses, margins and cash flow and communicate drivers.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor spending.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, and systems.
