Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and identify trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsabilités

• Manage the annual budgeting process and develop forecasts.
• Review actual results vs budget and prior periods to identify variances.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and scenarios.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for decisions.
• Investigate variances and communicate key drivers.
• Work with department heads to monitor spending and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, and systems.
