Daikin Applied is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning across Digital, Central Operations, and company-wide reporting. • Lead annual budgeting process and develop periodic forecasts.
• Review actual results vs. budget/forecast and identify variances.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning, investments and scenarios.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins and cash flow variances and communicate drivers.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor spending and improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, planning processes and systems.
