Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline required.
• Minimum five (5) years as a financial analyst, preferably within an FQHC or ambulatory care setting.
• Proficiency in PPS rates, managed care capitation, and UDS preferred.
• Knowledge of grant-related financial monitoring and reporting is a plus.

• Produces timely reports and variance analysis to assist budget preparation.
• Interprets and analyzes financial data to support informed decision-making and communicates findings to stakeholders.
• Builds annual operating budgets and forecasts cash flows for clinic expansions.
• Coordinates with internal departments and external organizations on financial initiatives.
• Supports grant-related activities including applications, modifications, monitoring, and closeout.
