St. John’s Community Health in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst to integrate actual revenue and expense data from the General Ledger, Time & Attendance/Payroll and eClinicalWorks with budgeted data to prepare financial analyses.

You will model, budget, plan, and conduct regulatory analyses under the Director of FP&A, support month-end close, audits and improve reporting accuracy. The role collaborates with CFO, Controller and department heads to drive financial management and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• Four years of experience in related fields.
• Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and GL systems.
• Experience with system flowcharting is a plus.
• Knowledge of income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet prep.
