Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline required.
• Minimum five (5) years as a financial analyst, preferably within an FQHC or ambulatory care setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in PPS rates, managed care capitation, and UDS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
• Assist budget preparation using multiple data sources and variance analysis.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operating reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support grant-related activities including applications, modifications, monitoring, reporting, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary requirements and organizational standards.
