Job summary

Humboldt Senior Resource Center seeks a full-time Financial Analyst to support financial operations, reporting, and analysis for the Redwood Coast PACE program. The role reports to the Director of Finance and collaborates with leadership, operations, vendors, and regulators to deliver accurate financial information and insightful analysis.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, regulatory reporting, KPI development, and support for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, healthcare finance, reimbursement, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial, operational, and utilization reports for executive leadership and program management.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis, and long-range financial modeling.
• Coordinate CMS, DHCS, and HPMS reporting requirements, including Part D reconciliations and DIR reporting.
• Support annual audits and program-specific financial reviews conducted by auditors.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs and other performance measures.
