Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or closely related field.
• 5+ years in finance or accounting.
• 3 years in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Month end close support including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Budget preparation, monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax returns; maintain confidentiality.
• Prepare analyses and present recommendations for management.
• Support special projects and process improvements.
