Job summary

CarePartners in Waterloo, Ontario is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial data, and support audits. The role partners with Operations and shared services to drive efficiency and decision making.

The position will build financial models, assist with ERP configuration and implement system improvements. A hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence a couple days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years progressive FP&A experience.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage) is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare sector is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare, analyze and present monthly, quarterly and annual results.
• Partner with Operations and shared services to align financial drivers.
• Develop financial models and support ERP configuration/implementation.
• Ensure accuracy of financial information and support audits.
