Job summary

Capital Bank N.A. seeks a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and provide strategic insights across Windsor Advantage and related units.

You will partner with department heads and senior leadership to create financial plans, own the financial model with Oracle EPM, and prepare monthly board reports. A CPA or similar finance experience is valued in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or accounting.
• Understanding of GAAP and financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flows).
• Exposure to finance and accounting functions within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and Windsor leadership to create financial plans and forecasts.
• Own the financial model and modeling process for Windsor, including Oracle EPM integration.
• Create monthly Windsor Board report with financial, operational, sales, and other data as needed.
• Lead monthly touchpoint meetings with Finance, Windsor leadership, and other Capital Bank areas.
• Complete annual plan/budget and forecast cycles in coordination with the finance team.
• Assist with strategic planning and deliverable creation.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required.
• Support strategic initiatives and cost-benefit analyses and scenario modeling.
• Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results to identify trends and opportunities.
