Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leading key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and organizational performance. This role partners closely with leadership to analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support scenario planning, profitability analysis, and long-range planning
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing variance explanations and recommendations
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost-optimization opportunities
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or related functions
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
