GAF is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with functional leadership, oversee corporate cost structures, and drive spend efficiency. You will forecast, budget, and report spend against targets, supporting monthly close and variance analyses as part of the SG&A focus.

As part of the FP&A team, you will contribute to the Annual Budget, develop insights, and ensure spend aligns with plan timelines while collaborating with accounting on accruals and reclassifications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree accounting, finance or related degree required.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Excellent computer skills/Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsabilidades

• Support the monthly expense review process for corporate functions, collaborating with department heads to analyze actual vs budget variances.
• Analyze spend details to identify opportunities for savings.
• Work on process efficiency and improvement of the monthly close activities.
• Review and analysis of ad-hoc financial reporting and special analytical projects as assigned.
• Drive reporting utilizing SAC, developing reporting views that drive accountability for business partners.
• Lead role in the Annual Budget process – developing analysis, preparing budget estimates, and finalizing budgets for leadership approval.
• Support monthly forecasting efforts, allowing the FP&A team to have a better view of the most up-to-date trends in spend by function.
• Review expense items and partner with accounting for items that need to be accrued or re-classed to proper accounts.
