Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst for Specialty Products (GAF Energy, Standard Logistics, Specialty Granules).

You will own the full P&L and deliver comprehensive financial analysis and forecasts to guide strategic decisions. This role partners with the Business Finance Director and cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs, run monthly and quarterly reports, and develop advanced financial models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree business or related discipline required
• Master’s degree Finance/Accounting preferred
• Minimum 5 years of related business work experience
• SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Own full Specialty Products P&L and financial analysis
• Analyze pricing, cash flow, costs, and manufacturing performance
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance analyses
• Coordinate with Specialty Products finance team on schedules to Standard Industries
• Support annual planning and monthly sales reporting
• Provide actionable insights via KPI monitoring
• Forecast cash inflows with cross-functional partners
• Develop financial modeling and data collection procedures
