GAF in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with functional leadership and manage corporate cost structures. You will track spend, support the annual budget, and provide insights during monthly closes to drive efficiency and adherence to plans.

The role emphasizes forecasting, variance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to understand cost drivers and improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Slides.
• Familiarity with SAP OPEX and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly expense close and variance analysis with department heads.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting for SG&A functions.
• Develop reporting views in SAC to drive accountability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate on headcount and spend tracking across functions.
