Job summary

ATSG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support for a designated business unit or corporate function. You will build driver-based models, challenge inputs, and prepare long-range plans and executive-ready analyses.

You will work with operating and finance leaders, applying ATSG planning standards and KPI definitions, while maintaining template integrity and version control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• Experience owning a budget or forecast for a business unit or function.
• Demonstrated experience building financial models from source data.
• Experience preparing recurring reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate drivers into outcomes.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP data extraction and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning for assigned unit or function.
• Build driver-based financial models linking operations to results.
• Prepare long-range plans, scenario analyses, and variance commentary.
• Own monthly/quarterly reporting packages and KPI dashboards.
• Provide business case analysis and support capital decisions.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Treasury, and Controller teams.
