Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to build the budgeting and forecasting framework, support M&A integration, and deliver timely reporting to leadership. You will work closely with the Director of FP&A and CFO to drive rigor in planning, consolidate bottoms-up plans, and ensure accuracy in monthly numbers.

The role emphasizes zero-based budgeting, rolling forecasts, and close collaboration with business units.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the annual operating plan with business unit finance leads.
• Maintain and update the rolling revenue and EBITDA forecast.
• Perform variance analysis and explain drivers of variance.
• Support acquisition modeling and integration into financial reporting.
• Develop monthly performance packages for leadership.
