Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Budget Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with direct exposure to senior leadership and the ability to influence financial decisions across the organization.

You will prepare monthly variance reports, support annual budgeting, monitor spending, and collaborate on cash flow, grant reviews, and ERP system improvements such as Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 2+ years of budgeting, financial analysis, or similar experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly budget-to-actual variance reports.
• Monitor organizational spending and support budget adherence.
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and budget consolidation.
• Review general ledger expenses, account reconciliations, and allocation processes.
• Support cash flow projections, audits, compliance activities, and grant funding reviews.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
