Job summary

IGT is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - SG&A to support Corporate Functions. You will analyze expenses, headcount, and cost center performance; partner with budget owners; and deliver forecasting, budgeting, and planning support to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities include monthly forecasting, management reporting, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations. This role reports to the VP, Finance - SG&A and requires strong partnership across Finance and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 4-7 years in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong planning, forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with large and complex data sets.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for actionable insights.
• Collaborative, proactive, and ownership-driven; in-office presence required 4+ days/week.
• Preferred experience with SG&A or Corporate Functions and BI/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly SG&A forecasting for assigned functions.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with budget owners to forecast, assess risks, and challenge assumptions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual results with variance commentary.
• Develop dashboards to improve visibility into SG&A performance.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Serve as primary finance partner for Corporate Functions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Accounting; support month-end close.
• Maintain forecast models and automate recurring reporting; ensure data integrity.
