Qualifications

• Five to six years of related experience in budgeting, finance, or administration.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, and financial reporting in a university setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget plans, financial projections, analyses, and assessments for the JHBC.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making within the college.
• Monitor and administer contracts and grants, ensuring timely invoicing and compliance with policies.
• Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for financial sustainability.
• Lead coordination of facilities maintenance and capital projects to optimize resources.
• Provide guidance to Administrative Support staff to ensure consistent financial procedures.
