Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to strengthen financial discipline and governance across enterprise transformation investments.

You will partner with FP&A, Transformation Operations, and business leaders to forecast, plan, and deliver transformation value with executive-ready insights. You will lead standardized governance, develop ROI analyses, and monitor performance, enabling informed investment decisions and accountable delivery of transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience required.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
• Review financial assumptions, expected outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks, and return profiles.
• Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding, performance monitoring, and investment tradeoff decisions.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for transformation investments and enterprise initiatives.
• Quantify costs, benefits, risks, dependencies, and expected financial returns to support investment decisions.
• Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts, budgets, and enterprise performance reporting.
• Monitor transformation spend, forecasts, variance drivers, milestone timing, and financial performance against approved funding.
• Develop portfolio financial reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries that highlight performance, risks, and decision points.
