Job summary

UHY Consulting seeks a Finance Transformation Manager or Senior Manager to lead finance transformation engagements across industries in Atlanta. You will guide strategy, design shared services, and drive close optimization while improving core accounting processes and controls.

You will mentor junior staff, partner with CFOs and finance leaders, and help grow our transformation practice through proposals and client presentations. A strong consulting background and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
5–10+ years experience (Manager) or 10–15+ years (Senior Manager).
Strong consulting experience.
Expertise in Finance Operations, Shared services design, Month-end close, ERP experience.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution.
Assess current-state finance and accounting operations and identify improvement opportunities.
Design and implement shared services models and operating structures.
Drive month-end close optimization initiatives, including process redesign and automation.
Improve core accounting processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
Partner with CFOs and finance leaders to align initiatives with business goals.
Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables for high-quality client outcomes.
Support business development via proposals and client presentations.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
