Qualifications

• Experience in business consulting or finance transformation.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of future-state finance processes, operating models, and reporting structures.
• Provide finance business consulting to advise clients on improving business performance.
• Guide clients on transforming the finance operating model through enhanced processes, enabling technologies, organizational roles, and smarter reporting systems.
• Analyze data, document findings, and prepare recommendations for implementing new financial systems and procedures.
• Support the design of varying finance operating models, including shared services and outsourcing.
• Assist clients with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting services.
• Consolidate finance functions across business units to achieve cost savings.
• Manage a workstream or small team in the delivery of client engagements.
• Remain flexible to work on broader strategic initiatives such as cost optimization, M&A integration, ERP mobilization, program governance, and other enterprise transformation opportunities.
