Job summary

UHY Advisors is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance Transformation and FP&A to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation, delivering measurable business value.

You will oversee RFPs for finance systems, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and performance analysis, driving automation and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives and financial systems implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate RFPs for finance systems and vendors, and present recommendations to executives.
• Oversee new systems, tools, and workflows to meet requirements, timelines and budgets.
• Develop scalable operating models with shared services and standardized processes.
• Drive adoption through training, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Improve financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics for actionable decisions.
