Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within client accounts.
• Provide strategic account intelligence to support proactive client engagement and revenue growth.
• Develop proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and business solutions with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams.
• Assess customer business requirements and align capabilities to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market assessments for client portfolios.
• Lead executive meetings, customer visits, governance reviews, and engagement activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for portfolio performance reviews, escalation management, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement service improvements.
• Coordinate participation in industry events and client engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Delivery Management, Finance, Legal, and Service Line leadership to resolve concerns.
