Qualifications

• Proven experience in managed services growth, strategy, operations and delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to lead functional teams across the US, Canada, India and South America.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven skills to motivate service delivery teams and to expand services and client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for FaaS and diversify offerings.
• Lead transformation initiatives including AI, automation, and offshore expansion.
• Oversee operational support, resource planning, engagement support, and KPI reporting.
