Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial/regulatory reporting and controls.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. Federal Reserve regulatory reporting.
• Ability to interpret Federal Reserve reporting instructions.
• Experience testing regulatory/financial reporting controls and documenting results.
• Strong understanding of ICOFR and COSO framework.
• CPA or equivalent designation preferred.
• Experience with FFIEC 002, FR Y-15 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute testing strategies to evaluate controls over regulatory reporting.
• Review regulatory reports and validate information back to source docs.
• Interpret Fed reporting instructions and assess compliance requirements.
• Design and execute testing plans for ICOFR.
• Review outstanding issues, identify root causes, and develop remediation.
• Prepare dashboards and reports communicating testing results.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain policies and testing documentation.
• Coordinate training related to Finance Operational Risk Assurance.
• Monitor QA results and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory examinations.
• Support governance activities within the U.S. Finance org.
• Lead special projects and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for efficiency.
• Promote strong control environment and regulatory adherence.
• Manage testing engagements and deadlines independently.
