Zusammenfassung

Turn/River Capital is seeking a data-focused Analyst/Associate to partner with portfolio companies on revenue growth. You will own the analytics, build dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to executives and Ops teams.

You will sit with a Data Analytics Lead and work with a platform team to build data pipelines, measure impact, and scale processes across multiple SaaS businesses. A strong grounding in SaaS economics and SQL is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS FP&A or strategic finance, technology investment banking, or strategy consulting with software clients.
• Command of SaaS economics: ARR growth, retention, cohorts, pricing, unit economics.
• Experience building models from scratch and producing output for executives without rework.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort with messy data; ability to use AI tools or automation.
• Structured thinker who can break revenue processes into components and dependencies.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented, and accountable for results.
• Curious, experimental operator who takes feedback well and tests new approaches.

Aufgaben

• Own value-creation analysis for portfolio companies: retention, pricing, pipeline and revenue mapping.
• Build from raw data, pull numbers in SQL, BI tools, and AI agents.
• Use AI to compress cycle time and identify automations.
• Turn findings into quantified revenue impact with clear owners and next steps.
• Support new deals and add-ons for speed.
• Create reusable templates/tools from analysis for portfolio and Ops teams.
