Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Analyst position.
• Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style based on audience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into a technical format for Data Developers.
• Strong critical thinking to solve business problems and make decisions.
• Detail oriented to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design and implement new reporting solutions and support changes in business processes.
• Develop wireframes and document workflow processes for Reporting Solutions.
• Research datasets, perform data modelling, DAX, and basic SQL querying to visualize data structures.
• Work with Finance and Accounting to design automated dashboards and reports to provide insights.
• Support process improvements in reporting initiatives and other operational efforts.
