Zusammenfassung

Esri is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead finance and accounting initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, design work plans, and communicate project status to stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Onsite work at our Redlands campus. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, PMP, ERP and BI experience, and change management familiarity.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available for this posting.

• Lead and influence resources that are not direct reports; motivate action to complete tasks on time.
• Design and develop project work plans, ensure deliverables, and manage scope.
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, summarize status for senior management.
