Job summary

Esri is seeking a Professional Services Business Operations Intern in Redlands, CA to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. You will contribute to how work is planned, operated, and delivered within Professional Services.

This 12-week onsite internship begins in May or June 2027. Under mentor guidance, you will develop reports and dashboards, document operational processes, and support accounting,

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year undergraduate, graduate, or PhD program.
• Pursuing a degree in business administration, operations management, finance, accounting, information systems, data analytics, project management, or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mentors and team members to help Professional Services operate effectively.
• Develop reports, tracking tools, dashboards to understand business performance and priorities.
• Support accounting and finance activities, including invoicing, vendor, staffing, scheduling, and project administration processes.
