Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement laws and state statutes.
• CPA or CMA preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees procurement functions and manages bid processes for the City.
• Reviews POs, prepares bid advertisements, and selects purchasing recommendations.
• Maintains procurement records and ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Supports annual budgeting, financial reporting, and capital planning.
• Supervises utility billing and occupational license offices and staff.
• Provides training on purchasing policies to department directors.
