Job summary

You will collaborate with operations and finance to streamline procurement, enforce policies, manage RFPs and COIs, and drive cost-saving initiatives while guiding the regional purchasing team.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, receiving, and inventory control.
• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain a KHRC license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement process for multiple properties, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure pricing, quality, and timely deliveries.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and adjust contracts as needed.
• Ensure purchases comply with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate invoice reconciliation across properties with finance to ensure timely payments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor expenditures to stay within budgets.
• Oversee RFPs and review all proposals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activity and cost savings.
