Qualifications

• Municipal procurement and budgeting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all procurement for the City, ensuring proper accounting and compliance.
• Coordinates bids, quotes, and bidding processes; prepares ads and specifications.
• Reviews bids, maintains procurement records, and ensures statutory compliance.
• Monitors budgets and assists in financial planning and reporting.
