Job summary
A leading electrical contractor in Kentucky seeks an Operations Finance Manager to enhance financial visibility for utility construction projects. This role requires proficiency in financial reporting and job costing, along with at least 7 years of experience. The successful candidate will partner with project management teams, design financial reports, and ensure timely financial close, contributing to the company's success and offering a supportive environment for its employees.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or operations finance.
Strong understanding of job costing, WIP, and project-based financials.
Construction industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across projects.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, scorecards and dashboards.
Ensure accounting/financial close deadlines are met.
