Job summary

EQI Ltd. is seeking a Finance Manager, Specialty Products, to lead the end‑to‑end financial reporting, controls, and compliance for SPD. You will partner with SPD leadership, drive margin improvement and growth initiatives, own the close, and ensure audit readiness while supporting global governance standards.

The role oversees a regional accounting team in Westlake, OH, with close collaboration to the Global Controller and Corporate Finance for policy consistency and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Progressive accounting leadership experience including close, controls, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and annual close, ensuring timely, decision‑ready reporting.
• Lead regional consolidation and GAAP compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning with FP&A alignment.
• Drive internal controls design and audit readiness with regulators and auditors.
• Provide financial leadership on investments, pricing, and capital allocation.
• Develop and mentor the regional accounting team for growth and scalability.
