Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a strategic FP&A leader to provide financial insights and leadership for the Growth Category (Commercial, Marketing, R&D) and the Executive team. This role will drive monthly reporting, forecasts, and budgeting while partnering with cross-functional leaders to improve performance across the business.

You will build advanced financial models, standardize analytic tools, and provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and long-range planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5 years of analytics, executive reporting, and/or financial systems experience (Hyperion, Essbase, Oracle, BI tools).
• Lean manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting packages with senior leadership.
• Provides financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to Senior Management.
• Develops complex financial models for higher level insights.
• Standardizes analytics tools and documents using Hyperion.
• Drives cross-functional reporting and robust analyses.
• Partners on strategic plans, budgets, rolling forecasts, and operating plans.
• Recommends actions to improve financial performance.
• Interacts with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Audit teams.
• Supports quarterly earnings materials and communications.
• Supports Supply Chain analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
• Participates in Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
