Job summary

Sulzer is seeking an Operations Controlling Specialist in Easley, SC, to partner with operations on financial planning, cost management, and performance analysis. You will influence pricing, budgeting, and KPI-driven decisions while maintaining strong internal controls.

Responsibilities include product costing, inventory governance, variance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, enabling sustainable financial performance and cash flow optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing controlling/cost accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to Operations leadership.
• Provide monthly reporting, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and operational planning.
• Monitor KPIs and translate results to financial impact.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards.
• Oversee inventory valuation and cost control.
